Syed Raza Hassan Syed Raza Hassan, Ecotopics’ newest reporter covering Pakistan, is a resident of Karachi. He attained his Masters degree in International Relations from Karachi University in 1994. He has four years of experience as crime reporter for Daily Dawn, the nation’s major English language newspaper. Syed also served as a general assignment reporter for The News in Karachi. Early experience with the Sindh Tribune and later with The Finance Daily, moving to The News in 1997. In 2001 he joined Daily Dawn Karachi. Thirty-five years old, Syed is married. He and his wife have two children. His first story for Ecotopics, covering the water situation in the major city of Karachi, is in Issue 15. ###
